1. WEBSITE USER PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING INFORMATION, PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF THE EUROPEAN REGULATION (hereinafter, GDPR) n. 2016/679
1.1. In compliance with the European Regulation on Personal Data Processing (GDPR 2016/679), Vision Distribution S.p.A. declares to process personal data pursuant to the provisions set forth in Art. 5 of the GDPR, that is, in compliance with the fundamental principles of lawfulness, transparency and correctness.
1.2. The information made available pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR are addressed to the Website users (www.intl.intl.visiondistribution.it), owned by Vision Distribution S.p.A, based in Milan, Via Monte Penice, 7.
1.3. Pursuant to Art. 8 of the GDPR, the services offered on the Website are addressed to users older than 18 years of age. If Vision Distribution, as Data Controller, should become aware of the fact that the processing concerns people younger than 16 years of age, it reserves the right to take unilateral action by interrupting the supply of the service offered and cancelling the related data.

3. LEGAL AND OPTIONAL BASIS FOR DATA CONFERMENT
3.1. Apart from that specified below for navigation data, you are free to provide the personal data required to implement the requests for the services offered on the Website. The Data Controller processes the optional personal data, based on the consent received, that is, by explicitly approving this Notice and the specific methods and purposes described herein. The non-conferment of required data marked by an asterisk may entail the impossibility to perform the services and/or information requests.
4. PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
4.1. Personal data are processed by Vision Distribution with your consent for the following purposes: – requesting information by filling out specific forms and sending text messages to Vision Distribution, in the relevant section; – registration in Vision Distribution’s newsletter mailing list.
4.2. Personal data may be processed for other purposes, with your explicit consent: – to send commercial offers and communications via mail; – market surveys and internal statistics to Vision Distribution.
5. PROCESSED DATA
5.1. DATA ACQUIRED DURING NAVIGATION
The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this Website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category includes, by way of example, IP addresses or computer domain names used by users, URI/ URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of the requested resources; time of the request; the method use to submit the request to the server; size of the file obtained; numeric code indicating the status of the answer given by the server (successful etc.), and other parameters related to the operating system and to the user IT environment. These data, required to supply the web services, are also processed to obtain statistical information on how the services are used and check their correct operation. These data are used for the minimum period required by current regulations. The data may be used for determining the liability in case of alleged computer-related crimes against the Website and/or its users.
5.2. DATA VOLUNTARILY SUBMITTED BY THE USER
The optional, explicit and voluntary submission of messages to Vision Distribution contact addresses, and the compiling and submission of the forms featured on the Website, entail the acquisition of the user/sender data required to reply, as well as any other personal data included in the communication. Specific notices shall be published by Vision Distribution on the relevant service-related Website pages.
7. PROCESSING METHODS
Vision Distribution guarantees that the data are processed in full compliance with the GDPR, via manual, electronic and digital systems.
8. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR DATA TO OTHER RECIPIENTS
The data collected and processed by the Data Controller are disclosed to the following external Data Processors, pursuant to and to the effects of Art. 28 of GDPR, and more precisely: – ALGORITMA SRL, as provider of the development, supply and operating/maintenance management services for the web technological platform used for www.intl.visiondistribution.it.
The personal data collected by the Data Controller are also processed by Vision Distribution employees, based on the specific instructions given by the Controller, according to their roles. Without prejudice to the recipients indicated above, your data shall not be disclosed to anyone else, except to specific recipients, based on specific provisions of the law or of the rules.
9. DATA TRANSFER ABROAD
The data collected for the purposes included in this Notice shall not be disclosed to any third parties, except those listed in paragraph 8, and/or transferred abroad to other Companies or entities outside the European Community.
10. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
10.1. If you wish to withdraw your consent to the use of one of the services offered on the Website, and granted when the service was requested, you can submit a message to Vision Distribution S.p.A., in the same way indicated to exercise your Data Subject’s rights, as instructed in paragraph 11.
10.2. If you wish to withdraw your consent to the newsletter service, you can terminate it via the link at the bottom of the relevant newsletter transmission email, and/or by sending a specific request, pursuant to paragraph 11.
11. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS
11.1. As Data Subject, you can exercise certain rights, pursuant to Art. 15 – Art. 22 of GDPR 2016/679, and, more precisely: 1. obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning you, even if not yet registered, in a summarized, transparent, intelligible and easily accessible way, and with a simple and clear language; 2. indication: a. of the origin of your personal data; b. of the processing purposes and methods; c. of the legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller of by third parties; e. of the Data Controller’s intention of transferring your personal data to another country or international organization; f. of the personal data retaining period; g. of the logic applied, and of the importance and consequences of such treatment for the Data Subject, in case of processing with the aid of electronic tools within an automatic collection and/or profiling process; h. of the Data Controller, Data Processors, appointed Representative and Data Protection Officer’s (DPO) identification details; i. of the recipients and recipient categories to which your personal data may be disclosed to, or who may be made aware of, as appointed representative in the national territory; 3. update, amend, or, if applicable, integrate your personal data; 4. cancelling, making anonymous or blocking your data when processed while breaching the law, including those that need not be retained for the purposes for which they have been collected or processed; 5. limiting their processing; 6. transferring your personal data to another Data Controller; 7. withdrawing the processing; 8. opposing, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to processing of your personal data, even if pertinent to the collection purpose.

12. RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT
If you deem that the processing performed on the Website breaches the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, pursuant to and to the effect of Art. 77 of the GDPR, or, pursuant to Art. 78 of the GDPR, take legal action.
13. DATA STORAGE
Personal data are stored for the period of time required to reach the purposes for which they have been collected, and, in any case, according to the period set forth by the applicable regulations, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, necessity and proportionality.
